Nothing compares to drinking excellent quality white tea. Silver Needle can sound so common but this grade is nothing short of sublime. It holds inside it the most mouth watering sweet, nectar-like flavours, coupled with floral, grassy aromas that will make you feel like your head is lying amongst the meadows. Excuse the poetic license but it is simply that good. Even the feel of these soft, downy leaves will prepare the senses from the fingertips for the journey into indulgence that you're about to take.

Harvest: Spring 2019
Brew Temp: 80-90C
Teapot: Add 8g of tea to 600ml of water at 80C. Steep for 3-4 minutes and enjoy.
Gongfu: Add 8g of tea to brewing vessel. Infuse for short infusions of 10-15 seconds with water at 80C, increasing steep time for further infusions.
