Rohini Honey Clone
An exceptional Darjeeling tea at the forefront of tea expertise in the area. This experimental clone from Rohini estate yields a small harvest so it's a priviledge to try it. This is much more akin to a white tea, only very minutely oxidised to develop the flavour, which expresses itself in soft, luxurious honey tones with a pefectly contoured mouthfeel and real elegance.
New 2020 harvest!
Teapot: Add 8g of tea to 600ml of water at 100C. Steep for 2-3 minutes and enjoy.
Gongfu: Add 8g of tea to brewing vessel. Infuse for short infusions of 10-15 seconds with water at 95C, increasing steep time on further infusions.
