Lapsang Souchong (Unsmoked)
This is a traditional, unsmoked Lapsang Souchong from Tongmu village. The Chen family, who provides this for us, can manipulate their Lapsang in ways that target and enhance the natural flavour characteristics of this tea. The variety we have chosen hones in on the fruity, peach-like flavours that the leaf possesses. One taste and you'll be astounded at just how peachy this beauty is. All the fullness of a black tea - floral, malty, woody - but with an intesnse peach aroma to stick that smile on your face.

Harvest: Spring 2018
Brew Temp: 100C
Teapot: Add 8g of tea to 600ml of water at 100C. Steep for 3-4 minutes and enjoy.
Gongfu: Add 8g of tea to brewing vessel. Infuse for short infusions of 10-15 seconds with water at 100C, increasing steep time for further infusions.
