New for 2020, this is a Vietnamese wild tree black tea from ancient high mountain land. Malty and sweet, with a light spiciness flowing through it and an undeniably "wild" taste that has to be experienced. Being a new black tea it is light and fresh tasting but can be brewed longer to draw out more depth. It can handle a seemingly endless amount of infusions and keeps on giving. Exceptionally drinkable and a truly unique tea that comes from family run enterprises. We work with those communities to put money back into the hands of the people and to help support education and drawing classes for children.
Teapot: Add 8g of tea to 600ml of water at 100C. Steep for 2-3 minutes and enjoy. Can be infused a second time for 3-5 minutes.
Gongfu: Add 8g of tea to brewing vessel. Infuse for short infusions of 10 seconds with water 100C.
