Extra Houjicha 2020
A blend of first flush stems and Bancha leaves, traditionally sand roasted to create a deliciously roasty, toasty, nutty tea that is great as an everyday drinker. When you feel the need of something nourishing and savoury they really don't get much more so than this.
Teapot: Add 8g of tea to 600ml of water at 90C. Steep for 3-4 minutes and enjoy.
