Dusk Fire Black Chai
Black tea with spices.
Ingredients: Black tea (44%), cinnamon pieces, ginger bits, aniseed, black pepper, cloves, chicory root, cardamom seeds, cardamom pods
Teapot: Add 8g of tea to 600ml of water at 100C. Steep for 3-4 minutes and enjoy.
For authentic Chai or Chai latte: Make a strong infusion with 8g steeped on a low heat for 5-10 minutes and sweetened to taste. Either heat in milk directly or add a strong concetrated brew to steamed milk.
