Da Wu Ye
A well rounded yet light dancong oolong from Chaozhou, Da Wu Ye translates as Big Dark Leaf. It's a very easy drinking, refreshing, floral and vegetal oolong that brews with a clean, balanced liquor. Perfect for everyday drinking but packed with aromas and complexity that will leave you appreciative through a gonfu session or a western steep. A firm favourite among our Dancong drinkers.
Origin: Chaozhou, Guangdong, China
Harvest: Spring 2019
Teapot: Add 8g of tea to 600ml of water at 90C. Steep for 2-3 minutes and enjoy.
Gongfu: Add 8g of tea to brewing vessel. Infuse for short infusions of 10-15 seconds with water at 90C, increasing steep time for further infusions.
